- Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products and UAE & EU health regulations, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, if you receive a damaged product we will replace it with a new one or refund you. Also, if you change your mind and wish to return your order (Without have had used it), we offer you a 14 days period from delivery date to return your order.

- Return Window:
You may return your order within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use a courier of your choice to send the item(s) back to us.
- Damaged or Quality Issues:
If you receive a damaged product or encounter a quality issue, please provide photos and/or videos showing the damage or issue. You may be eligible for a refund.
- Eligibility for Refund:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
- All tags must be attached and the item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
- Please send an email to our support team with your return request. State your order number confirmation, reason for return, a photo and/or video as proof of the issue, and attach the invoice/receipt.
- Only full priced items are eligible for refund.
- Purchased items on sales or with applied discounts are not eligible for refund.
- Refunds:
- Refunds for full-priced items paid with single payment credit cards will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned items or approving the provided proof of the damaged item(s).
- The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's processing time.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@dynamicoxygengroup.com.
- Notification:
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly.
- Exemptions:
Returns are not accepted on items purchased during sales or with applied discounts.
